Withdraw from contract

This page is for consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK, who have a legal right to withdraw from many online contracts within 14 days. Wherever you live, our Refund Policy applies too.

When you can still withdraw

You have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online, as long as the right of withdrawal still applies. For qodesign that mainly means:

• an Updates plan you haven't used yet (nothing downloaded from it), within 14 days of starting it;
• a custom project, during its first 14 days.

You can't withdraw from components and packs once you could download them. At checkout you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the 14-day right once the download is available. The cases where we still refund are in the Refund Policy.
