These terms are a contract between you and Wisdom Sphere LLC. They apply when you use https://qodesign.dev (the "site"), create an account, download free code, buy a component, the All-Access Pack or Updates, or hire us for custom work. By buying or creating an account you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are. qodesign is a brand of Wisdom Sphere LLC ("Wisdom Sphere", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. Email: [email protected]. Website: https://qodesign.dev.
Our other policies are part of these terms: the Refund Policy, the Licence, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and, for custom projects, the Custom Work Terms.
If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK or another country with mandatory consumer laws. We sell worldwide. If you buy as a consumer (for yourself, not for your trade or business), the consumer laws of the country where you live still protect you where they can't be set aside by a contract. Nothing in these terms takes away those rights, and where a clause below conflicts with them, those rights win.
1. What we sell
- Components. Source-code packages of animated UI components, delivered as ZIP files. Most come in two versions: React (with Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion) and plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Each product page lists what is inside, the versions included and the libraries it needs.
- All-Access Pack. One payment for every component and template in the catalogue on the day you buy it. See section 5.
- Updates. A monthly add-on for All-Access Pack owners that adds the components released while it is active. It does not give access to the catalogue on its own. See section 5.
- Free code. Some components are free. You get them by email after you sign up on the free code page.
- Custom work. UI components, landing pages or websites built to your brief, under a separate quote and the Custom Work Terms.
All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
The live demos on the site run the component in your browser. Small differences can come from your browser, screen, fonts or the way you set up the project, but the code you download is the code behind the demo (the demo build on the site may be minified).
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address (we send you a one-time sign-in link). You need an account to buy, and your purchases and downloads stay in it.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- Give us a real email address that you control. Your download links and receipts go there.
- Keep access to your email account safe. Anyone who can open your inbox can sign in as you.
- An account belongs to one person or one company. Don't share it or sell it.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We keep the records the law requires us to keep (see the Privacy Policy). Your licence for files you already bought does not end when you delete the account, but you will no longer be able to re-download them from the site.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and include VAT or sales tax where it applies. At checkout you may also see the price converted to your local currency.
Who you pay. Orders are processed by our reseller Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), which is the merchant of record for every order on this site. Link charges your payment method, works out and collects sales tax or VAT for where you live, and sends your receipt and tax invoice. Link's own buyer terms apply to the payment: Sold Through Link Terms. Wisdom Sphere LLC is still the one responsible for the products, their support and your rights under these terms.
Taxes. The checkout page shows the final total, with any tax included, before you pay. Any other local duties or bank fees in your country are your responsibility.
Payment. You pay on Link's checkout page, run by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. On your statement the charge appears under Link's name together with ours (for example LINK.COM* QODESIGN).
Receipts and invoices. Link emails you the receipt and, where the law requires one, a tax invoice in its name. We send a separate email with your download links and a copy of what you agreed to at checkout. For an invoice with company details or a tax ID, enter them at checkout or ask Link support.
Price changes. We can change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid. For Updates, see section 5.
Mistakes. If a price is obviously wrong (for example a bundle listed at 1 instead of 100), we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you why.
4. Delivery of digital products
When your payment is confirmed, your files are available straight away:
- on the order confirmation page, as download links;
- in your account, under Purchases, where you can download them again;
- in the confirmation email we send you.
Download links are personal and expire after a short time for security. You can always get a fresh link from your account. If you haven't received access within 24 hours of paying, email us and we will fix it or refund you (see the Refund Policy).
Immediate delivery and the 14-day right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered online, that right ends once delivery starts if the consumer agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right (EU: Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; UK: regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). There is no tick-box: the line right under the buy button says that by buying you agree to these terms and ask for instant access, so you lose the 14-day withdrawal right. Pressing the button is that agreement. We record the time and the version of the wording with your order, and the order confirmation email repeats it. If you don't live in a place with such a right, this changes nothing for you. The Refund Policy explains when we still refund. Where you still have a right of withdrawal (for example for an Updates plan you haven't used, or a custom project in its first 14 days), you can use the online form on our Withdraw from contract page. It is linked in the footer of every page and in your account.
5. All-Access Pack and Updates
- All-Access Pack. A one-time payment for every component and template in the catalogue at the moment you buy it. You keep those files and their licence for good. Components released after you buy are not part of the pack.
- Updates. An optional monthly plan, $8 a month (the price shown on the All-Access page when you subscribe), tax included where it applies. Only people who own the All-Access Pack can subscribe. While it is active, every component we release is added to your account and is yours to keep. Updates on its own does not give access to the catalogue: the catalogue comes from the pack (or from buying components one by one).
- What you keep when Updates ends. If you cancel, or a renewal finally fails, you keep the pack and every component released while your plan was active. Components released after the plan ended are not included. You can buy them one by one or subscribe again; a new plan covers what is released from the day it starts.
- If the pack is refunded or charged back. Updates only works together with the pack. If the pack is fully refunded, or a payment dispute about it is lost, your access to the pack and to everything you got through Updates ends, and we cancel the Updates plan so you are not charged again.
- Automatic renewal. Updates renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize Link, our merchant of record, to charge your payment method when you subscribe and then each month. The checkout page and your confirmation email show the price, the billing period and how to cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage subscription), from your Link account at link.com, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and components released before then are yours. We don't refund partial months, except as the Refund Policy says.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days. Your plan stays active for 7 days after the failed renewal. After that it stops covering new releases until the payment goes through, and if it never does, the plan ends.
- Price changes. If we change the Updates price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before your next renewal date after that notice.
- Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers). When you subscribe, you ask for access to new components as they are released and acknowledge that this ends your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts. As a goodwill rule for every customer, if you cancel within 14 days of subscribing and have not downloaded anything released under Updates, we refund that first payment. Use the withdrawal form or email us.
6. Free code and the Instagram funnel
When you comment a keyword under one of our Instagram posts, we may send you an automated direct message with a link to the free code page. To receive the free code you give us your email address. We email you the files and, only if you agree to it on the form, our newsletter. Free code is covered by the same Licence as paid code. We can stop offering any free item at any time.
7. Using the site fairly
You agree not to:
- share your account, download links or purchased files with people who haven't bought them;
- download in bulk with scripts, scrape the site, or try to get around download limits or access controls;
- upload malware, attack or overload the site, or test its security without our written permission;
- use stolen payment details, or open a chargeback for a purchase you received and used instead of contacting us first;
- use the site to break the law or someone else's rights.
If you break these rules, or the Licence, we may suspend or close your account. If we close it for a serious breach, files already delivered stay with you but the licence to use them may end, as the Licence explains. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.
8. Intellectual property
All code, designs, animations, videos, texts and the qodesign name and logo belong to Wisdom Sphere LLC or its licensors. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it as described in the Licence. It does not transfer ownership of the code. Open-source libraries used by our components (such as React, Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion) stay under their own licences.
9. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect copyright and expect our customers to do the same. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you say is infringed;
- the material on our site you say infringes it, with its URL;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Designated agent: Copyright Agent, Wisdom Sphere LLC, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA, [email protected].
If we remove material because of a notice and you think that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent as described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We close the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
Found our code being resold or published somewhere? Tell us at [email protected].
10. Disclaimers
We stand behind our products as described on their product pages and in the Refund Policy. Apart from that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
THE SITE, THE ITEMS AND ALL DOWNLOADS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT A COMPONENT WILL WORK WITH EVERY FRAMEWORK, LIBRARY VERSION OR BROWSER NOT LISTED ON ITS PRODUCT PAGE.
Components are building blocks. You are responsible for how you integrate, test and maintain them in your own projects, including accessibility, security and browser support for your use case, and for keeping the open-source libraries they rely on up to date.
Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK: this section does not affect your statutory rights. Digital content must match its description and be fit for purpose, and if it isn't, you are entitled to have it fixed, or to a price reduction or refund (EU: Directive (EU) 2019/770; UK: Consumer Rights Act 2015). Some US states also don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WISDOM SPHERE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, OR THE COST OF REPLACING YOUR WORK, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR ANY ITEM, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS CONNECTED WITH THE SITE OR ANY PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) US$100.
These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and they don't limit the statutory rights of consumers in the EU, the EEA, the UK or anywhere else where those rights can't be waived.
12. Indemnity
If you use our products for a business, you agree to defend and indemnify Wisdom Sphere LLC against third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your end products, your breach of these terms or the Licence, or your breach of someone else's rights. This section does not apply to consumers in the EU, the EEA or the UK.
13. Export controls and sanctions
You may not buy or use our products if you are in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on a US government restricted-party list, and you may not use them in violation of US export laws.
14. Availability
We try to keep the site and downloads available at all times, but there can be maintenance or outages. If you can't download something you paid for, email us and we will send the files another way.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the shop or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version you accepted when you bought applies to that purchase. For Updates subscribers, we will email you about important changes at least 30 days before they apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
16. Governing law and disputes
If something goes wrong, please email us first at [email protected]. We answer within 3 business days and most problems get solved this way.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Where disputes are heard. Any dispute that isn't solved by email goes to the state or federal courts located in Sussex County, Delaware, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.
Consumers outside the US. If you are a consumer living in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the choice of Delaware law doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live; we can only sue you there. You can also contact your national consumer authority or, in the EU, the European Consumer Centre in your country. (The EU's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so there is no link to it.)
17. Other terms
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over qodesign, and your rights as a consumer stay the same. These terms, together with the policies listed at the top, are the whole agreement between us about the site and our products.
